Questionaire

About OurĀ Client Questionnaire

If what you have seen and read on our website is of interest to you, let’s talk.

To get started, we have put together (and thoroughly tested) a questionnaire that cuts to the heart of the matter – your online goals and overall business goals and how they fit in with our marketing and Search Engine Optimization expertise. Our goal is to not only achieve #1 search engines rankings for your “buyer keywords”, but an overall online marketing “sales funnel” designed to make your website your top salesperson.

Since we can only work with 1 client per business category per city/town in Connecticut, it is important that we can achieve your goals in the time-frame and budget you specify.

It will only takes a few minutes to complete the questionnaire. The payoff will be well worth your time.

After you have completed and submitted it, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss the specifics and together we can determine:

1. Whether there is an overall fit between your goals and our capabilities
2. We have (or will have) an opening in your business category in your city/town

If you have any trouble, please contact us at

Thank You,

Craig Paulson

Note: Lifetime Customer Value (LCV) is defined as the average amount of money a repeat customer spends on your products/services while they remain a customer of your business.

Note: One quick way to estimate this number is to divide your average monthly advertising expenses by the number of new leads/customers you get per month. The result is your "per lead" or "per customer" acquisition cost.

Note: Examples include direct mail, newspaper advertising, town publications, Yellow Pages, etc.

Note: Use your own descriptions, but some examples could be: High confidence - constantly test and tweak, Somewhat confident - make small changes, Little confidence - primarily take a "hit or miss" approach to advertising, etc.

Note: This question is optional, however having an approximation of the size of your business can save both of us time when determining if there is a fit between your requirements and our services.

Note: As with the yearly revenue question above, this question is optional. However, having an approximation of the size of your business can save both of us time when determining if there is a fit between your requirements and our services.

Note: Describe in your own words using the above suggestions or whatever other criteria may be unique to your business.

Note: Because we will get your website into the top 3 listings in Google for the "buyer keywords" in your market, our policy is to accept only 2 clients per business category per town (e.g. 2 dentists, 2 hair salons, 2 health clubs, etc.). Unfortunately, we can make no exceptions to this policy.

Note: A few examples would be price, quality, location, loyalty, referral, etc.

Note: Some examples include: You are too expensive, Competitor has better price and/or quality, Just researching - not ready to buy, Need to talk to wife/husband/business partner, Happy with current supplier, I'm different - your product/service won't work for me, etc.

Notes: Examples of common guarantees include: 30-day 100% money-back, 1 year 100% money-back, Lifetime guarantee, Free upgrades, No guarantee, etc.

Note: The phrase "online presence" refers to both your own website and also your visibility on social networking sites, referral sites, directories, and any other applicable online mediums.
